helpful staff food variety tasty food broken remote towel removal delayed towels

The staff were very helpful. They ensured I had a bottle of wine when I requested it. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food had good variety and it was very tasty.

The TV remote was not working in my room. Cleaners removed the towels in the morning. They brought the towels back around 3 pm. It was not possible to shower after using the swimming pool until the towels were returned.

Mixed Experience , Some Issues Noted

dusty room delayed towels

My visit had a few notable issues. The room lacked thorough cleaning. Dust was evident. Towels were removed in the morning but not returned until the afternoon. This caused inconvenience after using the pool. The absence of immediate towel replacement created a problem. Clear communication of hotel rules is needed from reception staff.

long queues bad food

This hotel had some good points. the staff seemed to try, and the location had some perks, like being close to carthageland. however, the all-inclusive aspect was the worst i ever experienced. the food wasn't good and there were long queues for everything. the all-inclusive drinks were equally bad. I would not recommend this hotel.
